Salary: Wage agreement (Based on candidate's experience and ability)
Job descriptions:
- Coordinate with manufacturers and prepare dossiers for medicine and non-medicine (Medical device,
cosmetic, and food supplement) product registration (Renewal registration, variation registration, new
registration) or product import quota and submission to Regulatory authorities (DAV).
- Monitor the registration status of products in DAV and other regulatory agencies.
- Follow to get the approval of marketing authorization, import quota, variations in timely manner.
- Support Business team in applying for advertisement licenses & detail aid material printing permits.
- Coordinate with Business team to support for product’s availability on market.
- Supply the required information/documents for requirements of external or internal colleagues including
Health Authorities (Ministry of Health) to conform to Company’s regulations and law.
- Develop artwork required for packaging to secure new product launching and secure stock for sales.
- Supervise and support daily workflow of Regulatory Affairs staff.
- Promotional material registration:
+ Review promotional material, and support Marketing to revise in accordance with DAV’s requirements.
+ Submit dossier in time and follow up on the submission process.
+ Review product information published on MIMS/VIDAL
- Other duties: Hospital tender supports: provide documents (GMP, CoA, CPP,..), official letter
(explanation/commitment,.) to support hospital tender application.
- Other tasks are assigned by Regulatory Affairs Manager.
- Prepare reports required by Regulatory Affairs Manager.
Job requirements: - Medical/ Pharmaceutical University graduated.
- At least 3-year experience at the same position.
- Good English skills (at least IELTS 6.0).
- Good MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Corel/AI).
- Understanding of regulatory rules and regulations of the Ministry of Health.
- Good communication & office administrative skills.

Job descriptions:
The Import-Export Officer specializing in contracts and accounts receivable is responsible for tasks related to:
- Managing contracts to ensure accurate execution, safeguarding the company's interests, and ensuring legal compliance.
- Monitoring costs and accounts receivable related to orders to ensure accurate and timely collection of fees, and overseeing the payment and debt collection process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Contract Preparation for Import-Export and Domestic Trade (50%):
- Drafting purchase and sales contracts, as well as their annexes.
- Preparing international trade contracts and annexes for import-export activities.
- Creating contracts related to import consignment.
- Generating purchase orders with manufacturers.
- Coordinating with the accounting department to create suitable contracts and debit notes for international and domestic payments.
2. Accounts Receivable Monitoring (30%):
- Checking documents issued by manufacturers for payment, export/import purposes.
- Recording and monitoring accounts receivable.
- Notifying the accounting department to issue invoices upon shipment.
- Proposing payment requests according to the contract schedule.
- Consolidating costs related to shipments, issuing payment notifications, and settling customer-incurred expenses.
3. Order Coordination and Monitoring (20%):
- Updating the production progress domestically and internationally with relevant personnel in the department.
- Monitoring the expected arrival time of goods at the warehouse or customer's location.
- Coordinating smoothly with warehouse staff for domestic deliveries.
Job requirements:
- Education: College or university degree in Import-export, Commercial Business, or related fields.
- Minimum Experience: 1 year or more in a similar position.
- Understanding of import-export laws (Incoterms) and taxes.
- Previous work experience or internship in a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum English proficiency for reading, understanding, and writing emails.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
